Terms & Conditions

Purchase, acceptance, or use of the NatureCity Bonus Awards Card means accepting the following terms:

  1. General Terms Bonus Awards Cards are issued by NatureCity LLC (“NatrueCity”), who is the sole obligor to the Card owner. Distributed at NatureCity.com by NatureCity. Receipt and/or use subject to NatureCity’s Terms of Use available https://www.naturecity.com/pages/terms-of-use .NatureCity reserves the right to change these NatureCity Bonus Award Card Terms & Conditions from time to time in its discretion. Bonus Award Cards only include digital stored cards (“Bonus Award Cards”).

  2. Bonus Award Cards Redemption Redeemable for merchandise purchased by residents of the contiguous United States at NatureCity.com. You may use more than one Bonus Award Card per order. Bonus Award Cards do not expire. There are no fees on any Bonus Award Cards. Bonus Award Cards are not redeemable for cash, except where required by law in particular states If a purchase exceeds your total Bonus Award Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid with another payment method.

  3. Purchase Limitations The threshold qualifying order amount is exclusive of shipping cost, taxes, discounts and/or coupons. The maximum value on any one Bonus Award Card is $50.00. If you return merchandise originally purchased with a Bonus Award Card, any refund will be issued to the Bonus Award Card or in the form of another Bonus Award Card. Any merchandise purchased with a Bonus Award Card is subject to the applicable return policies. NatureCity Bonus Award Cards may be used as personal or business gifts, but may not be reloaded, resold, used for payment outside of www.NatureCity.com.

  4. View Your Balance There are two ways to determine your Bonus Award Card balance: (1) by going to your NatureCity account at http://www.NatureCity.com , where all Bonus Award Cards associated with your NatureCity Account will be displayed along with total balance information; or (2) by calling NatureCity Customer Service at 1-800-593-2563.

  5. Returns . If you received a Bonus Award Card as a result of a promotion where a purchase of a product is required and you subsequently return the qualifying product(s) or the order is otherwise cancelled prior to shipment, NatureCity may cancel the Bonus Award Card or deduct the value of the Bonus Award Card you received from the amount refunded to you upon return of the item.

  6. Lost or Stolen Bonus Award Cards If you suspect that someone has copied or stolen your Bonus Award Card, contact 1-800-593-2563 immediately. Bonus Award Cards will not be replaced without proof of purchase. Only remaining balance on a Bonus Gift Card may be provided on a replacement Bonus Award Card.

  7. Privacy Personal information that you provide to NatureCity when acquiring or using a Bonus Award Card is subject to NatureCity’s Privacy Policy at https://www.naturecity.com/policies/privacy-policy
  8. Risk of Loss Ownership and risk of loss of a Bonus Award Card passes to the purchaser as soon as NatureCity sends the Bonus Award Card to the recipient email address designated by the purchaser. NatureCity is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdirected Bonus Award Cards. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide a correct and updated email address for the recipient of a Bonus Award Card.

  9. NatureCity Bonus Award Card Customer Service If you need assistance with any aspect of your purchase, ownership, or use of your Bonus Award Card, please contact 1-800-593-2563 or email NatureCity at customerservice@naturecity.com. Please refer to your NatureCity order number, account number or be ready to supply your email address. NatureCity is not responsible for Bonus Award Cards that are undeliverable or not received due to your failure to enter an accurate email address. Please check to make sure the email address of the recipient is correct and contact customer service if you suspect the recipient did not receive his/her Bonus Award Card.

  10. Reasons for Bonus Award Card Failed Delivery Bonus Award Cards are delivered via email seven (7) calendar days after the order is completed. If you have confirmed the recipient's email address but the Bonus Award Card has not been viewed within a reasonable period after the expected delivery date, following is a list of the most common reasons why delivery may have failed:

    1. Spam filter blocked email or routed it to a bulk/spam folder
    2. Recipient's firewall blocked the email
    3. Email inbox is over size limit
    4. Invalid email address

    If a spam filter is blocking NatureCity emails from getting to an inbox, the email options will need to be modified so that emails from customerservice@NatureCity.com are not considered spam. If you need further assistance, contact 1-800-593-2563. Please refer to your NatureCity account/ order number or be ready to supply your email address.

  11. Limitation of Liability NATURECITY LLC MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO BONUS AWARD CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF A BONUS AWARD CARD CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH BONUS AWARD CARD. CERTAIN STATE LAWS SUCH AS NEW JERSEY DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

  12. Violation of These NatureCity Bonus Award Card Terms and Conditions You agree to not use NatureCity Bonus Award Cards in any manner that is misleading, deceptive, unfair, or otherwise harmful to NatureCity or its customers. We reserve the right, without notice to you, to void Bonus Award Cards (including a portion of your Bonus Award Card balance or particular Bonus Award purchase) without a refund, suspend or terminate customer accounts, suspend or terminate the ability to use our services, cancel or limit orders, and bill alternative forms of payment if we suspect that a Bonus Award Card is obtained, used, or applied to a NatureCity account fraudulently, unlawfully, or otherwise in violation of these NatureCity Bonus Award Card Terms and Conditions.

  13. Governing Law and Disputes You and NatureCity hereby agree that any dispute relating in any way to a NatureCity Bonus Award Card shall be resolved under the arbitration agreement in the NatureCity Terms of Use, available at https://www.naturecity.com/pages/terms-of-use. However, you agree that these NatureCity Bonus Award Card Terms and Conditions and the rights and obligations of NatureCity will be resolved under the Law of the State of Florida.

  14. NatureCity Bonus Award Cards not purchased or acquired at NatureCity.com will not be replaced under any circumstances.
